English: This great accommodation is anything but ordinary. In 1910 this was a chicken coop. Since 2019 we have restored the house. In the front part of the house there are 6 apartments. In the courtyard is our apartment (barn converted) with the annex of the former chicken coop. You will have the annex for your sole use during your stay. On the first floor of the annex is the small nice room with the balcony. You reach the room via an outside staircase. This is located under the large roof and is protected from the weather. On the ground floor are the kitchen and the bathroom (sole use). In front of the kitchen and bathroom is a covered sitting area. This sitting area is shared (landlord and tenant of the apartment).
First floor: kitchen and bathroom, with microwave, dishwasher, hotplates, washing machine, refrigerator and freezer (sole use), dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, mirror, shower and closet, towels, hair dryer, brush board, iron.
Upstairs: room with balcony, closet , TV, sofa/bed, table and chairs. For a restful sleep the sofa (Ikea Flottebo) becomes a comfortable bed - of course with slatted frame, mattress and bed base, comforter, pillow and bedding (14 days change).
Important: The floors are connected by an external staircase! That means if you want to go from the room to the kitchen and bathroom, you have to go down the stairs via the balcony and back to the door on the first floor. (All under the big barn roof/view into the garden). You live in a very rural area. There is a church in the near vicinity. The nearest supermarket and daily necessities are available in Assling. A private parking lot is at your disposal By public transport you are quickly in Munich. The express train takes about 20 minutes to Munich Ostbahnhof. The bus to the train leaves from the front door. MVV area.
German: Diese tolle Unterkunft, welche ein Anbau zu unserer Wohnung ist, befindet sich in Assling, im Ortsteil Steinkirchen und ist alles andere als gewöhnlich.
Den Anbau hast du während deines Aufenthaltes zu alleinigen Nutzung.
Im ersten OG des Anbaus befindet sich das kleine hübsche Zimmer mit dem Balkon. Du erreichst das Zimmer über eine Außentreppe. Diese liegt unter dem großen Dach und ist Wettergeschützt. Im EG befinden sich die Küche und das Bad (alleinige Nutzung). Vor Küche und Bad ist eine überdachte Sitzecke. Diese Sitzecke wird gemeinschaftlich (Vermieter und Mieter des Appartement) genutzt.
Erdgeschoss: Küche und Bad, mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Kochplatten, Waschmaschine, Kühl und Gefrierschrank (alleinige Nutzung), Geschirr, Gläser, Kochutensilien, Bügeleisen, Salz Pfeffer Essig Öl, Spiegel, Dusche, Schrank und Fön.
Obergeschoss: Zimmer mit Balkon, Schrank , TV, Sofa/Bett, Tisch und Stühle. Damit du erholsam schlafen kannst wird das Sofa (Ikea Flottebo) zum bequemen Bett - selbstverständlich mit Lattenrost, Matratze und Bettkasten. Der Tisch und die Stühle können auch jederzeit als bequemer Arbeitsplatz (Schreibtisch) umfunktioniert werden. Schnelles WLAN für arbeiten im Homeoffice ist vorhanden.
Wichtig:
Die Stockwerke sind durch eine Außentreppe verbunden! Heißt wenn du vom Zimmer in Küche und Bad möchtest gehst du über den Balkon die Treppe runter und im Erdgeschoss wieder zur Tür rein. (Alles unter dem großen Scheunendach/Blick in den Garten).
Im Mietpreis ist auch die 14 tägige Reinigung sowie Bettwäsche und Handtuchwechsel enthalten.
Du wohnst sehr ländlich. In naher Umgebung befindet sich eine Kirche.
Der nächste Supermarkt und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind in Assling erhältlich.
Ein privater Parkplatz steht dir zur Verfügung
Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bist du schnell in München. Der Schnellzug benötigt ca 20 Minuten zum Ostbahnhof München. Der Bus zur Bahn fährt vor der Haustür ab. MVV Bereich.
