All rooms are painted in a different colour.
The ceiling of each room is 2,8m heigh
The master Bedrooms is under final renovation.
One bedroom is with a Kingsize bed for 2 persons and the other bedroom is equipped with 1 single bed 90cm x 200cm ( optional an additional single bed on request)
In the dining room is an additional extendable bed for max 2 persons.
There is enough space for up to 5 - 6 people.
The rental price is calculated based on 4 person
Each additional person will have to pay 100€/month on top!
German: Eine sehr geräumige Wohnung mit einem warmen alten Holzboden in allen Räumen außer Küche und Bad.
Jedes Zimmer ist in einer anderen Farben gestrichen was zum Wohlbefinden der Gäste beiträgt.
Die Deckenhöhe beträgt 2,8m
Die Schlafzimmer und das Esszimmer sind noch in finalen Renovierungsarbeiten.
Im Esszimmer kann auf Wisch ein weiteres Einzelbett aufgebaut werden.
Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem ausziehbaren Tagesbett ausgestattet.
Das andere Schlafzimmer mit zwei 90cmx200cm Einzelbetten.
Es ist genug Platz für bis zu 6 Personen.
Der Mietpreis bezieht sich auf max. 4 Personen.
Für jede weitere Person wird eine Unkostenpauschale von 100€/Monat fällig.
