Rent 1 bedroom apartment of 60 m² in Berlin

We (Monique and Alex) will be abroad next year and are therefore renting out our 2-room flat, fully furnished. Our flat is very cosy and the presence of many tropical plants gives it an immediate feel-good character. The furnishing style can be described as a mixture of retro and Asian style. Just take a look at our photos.
Small but nice is the motto here. The flat consists of an average-sized bathroom with bathtub, a 20m² living room (incl. king-size couch and large Smart TV), a bedroom (which you won't want to leave) including a walk-in wardrobe and an open-plan kitchen. Last but not least, the large 10m² balcony should be mentioned, which with its Asian-inspired look definitely contributes to relaxation as a retreat.
Public transport runs directly in front of the building every 10 minutes and you can be at Ostkreuz or Treptower Park station in 5 minutes.
Location
The flat is located at the tip of the Stralau peninsula, between Rummelsbucht and Treptower Park in Friedrichshain. The bus (M43) leaves directly in front of the door (approx. 6 minutes to Ostkreuz station). Treptower Park station can be reached just as quickly. You can enjoy absolute peace and quiet here on the balcony. Almost village-like, you can sit by the water and organise a barbecue. And yet it's not far to the Ostkreuz neighbourhood. You can walk along the waterfront and be between bars, cafés and restaurants in a maximum of 20 minutes. So there is plenty of relaxation and variety here.
Miscellaneous
We would like tenants who not only like the presence of many plants, but also know how to care for them. A green thumb is strongly preferred here. Furthermore, we would provide you with a bicycle, with which you can get to all the important spots in the neighbourhood (shopping facilities 5min.; clubs 5-15min; park 1-5min; bars and restaurants 5-10min) very quickly.

wir (Monique und Alex) sind nächstes im Ausland und vermieten deshalb unsere 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, komplett möbliert. Unsere Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und versprüht durch die Anwesenheit vieler tropischer Pflanzen einen sofortigen Wohlfühl-Charakter. Der Einrichtungsstil lässt sich als eine Mischung aus Retro und Asia Style beschreiben. Am besten ihr schaut Euch einfach unsere Fotos an.
Klein aber fein ist hier das Motto. Die Wohnung besteht aus einen durchschnittlich großen Badezimmer mit Badewanne, einem 20m² Wohnzimmer (inkl. Kingsize Couch und großen Smart TV), einen Schlafzimmer (aus dem ihr gar nicht mehr raus wollt) inklusive begehbaren Kleiderschrank und einer offenen Küche. Nicht zu Letzt sollte der große 10m² Balkon erwähnt werden, der durch seinen asiatisch angehauchten Look durchaus als Rückzugsort zur Erholung beiträgt.
Der öffentliche Nahverkehr fährt im 10 Minuten Takt direkt vorm Haus und ihr seid in 5 Minuten am Ostkreuz oder am Bahnhof Treptower Park.
Lage
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Spitze der Stralauer Halbinsel, zwischen Rummelsbucht und Treptower Park in Friedrichshain. Der Bus (M43) fährt direkt vor der Tür ab (ca.6 Minuten bis zum Bahnhof Ostkreuz). Ebenso schnell ist der Bahnhof Treptower Park zu erreichen. Ihr genießt hier auf dem Balkon die absolute Ruhe. Fast schon dörflich angehaucht könnt Ihr Euch ans Wasser setzen und mal einen Grillabend veranstalten. Und dennoch ist der Weg zum Ostkreuz-Kiez nicht weit. Zu Fuß könnt Ihr am Wasser entlang laufen und seid in maximal 20min zwischen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants. Es ist hier also sowohl für die Entspannung als auch für genügend Abwechslung gesorgt.
