English: As we are travelling around the world for a year, our cosy, fully furnished flat is available for you to rent temporarily. The exact rental period is somewhat flexible, so we can see together how it suits everyone.

- A further room that can be used flexibly as a study, children's room or additional bedroom. We are happy to discuss the furnishings together. A small flat share would also be conceivable.

- Shared washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement (50ct per use)
- Covered bicycle parking space in the courtyard

It is very important to us that you look after our flat and furnishings. We would like to meet you in person before you move in to finalise all the details and arrangements.
Due to the piano and other items, the deposit is slightly higher. A guarantee is also possible.

German: Da es für uns ein Jahr auf Weltreise geht, steht unsere gemütliche, vollmöblierte Wohnung für dich zur Zwischenmiete bereit. Der genau Mietzeitraum ist etwas flexibel, da können wir gerne gemeinsam schauen, wie es für alle passt.

Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass du unsere Wohnung und Einrichtung pflegst. Vor Einzug würden wir dich gerne persönlich kennenlernen, um alle Details und Absprachen zu treffen.
Aufgrund des Klaviers und anderer Gegenstände fällt die Kaution etwas höher aus. Dafür ist auch eine Bürgschaft denkbar.
