Und ein Teich mit Brunnen liegt auf dem Grundstück.

In Hameln gibt es einen Waschsalon, in Coppenbrügge kann man einkaufen.
Es gibt eine Terasse und ein Grillhaus, einen Strandkorb und herrliche Ecken zum Entspannen.
