The apartment was completely renovated a good 2 years ago and then (first) occupied. The centerpiece is the large south-facing balcony, as well as the living room behind it, which is therefore always nice and bright.
The view alone is a reason to spend a few months here, as the pictures show.
Ideal for singles/couples who have moved to the area for work/studies and are looking for a place to settle in before they get to know the area and want to build something long-term.
