English: Our small villa is completely and exclusively at your disposal for your stay. Neither we as landlords nor guests are then in the house.
It is located in a very quiet residential street in Sasel and is nevertheless centrally located and thus combines quiet, comfortable living with the infrastructure of a large city.
In just a few minutes you can reach the Saseler market and the attractive Alstertal shopping center.
The driveway has 2 carport spaces (space for 3 more cars if needed).
The accommodation
In the living room the large sofa invites you to relax. The large TV receives via Satelit several hundred programs from around the world. Via Chromcast or AppleTV everything that is receivable via internet can be watched on the TV.
The room on the ground floor with about 10 square meters has a bed (for one person), a desk, a dresser and a wardrobe. The bathroom is right next door.
On the second floor is the master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and private bathroom.
One bedroom is equipped with 1.40 m bed, suitable for 2 people, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Between the two rooms is another bathroom.
Access for guests
Guests can use the entire house (except for a cellar room) and the entire grounds, including terrace and garden.
German: Unsere kleine Villa steht Ihnen für Ihren Aufenthalt komplett und exclusiv zur Verfügung. Weder wir als Vermieter noch Gäste sind dann im Haus.
Sie befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnstraße in Sasel und ist trotzdem zentral gelegen und verbindet dadurch ruhiges, komfortables Wohnen mit der Infrastruktur einer Großstadt.
In nur wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie den Saseler Markt und das attraktive Alstertaleinkaufzentrum.
Die Einfahrt hat 2 Carportplätze (bei Bedarf Platz für 3 weitere Autos)
Die Unterkunft
Im Wohnzimmer lädt das große Sofa zum relaxen ein. Der große Fernseher empfängt über Satelit mehrere hundert Programme aus aller Welt. Über Chromcast oder AppleTV kann alles, was über Internet empfangbar ist auf dem Fernseher angesehen werden.
Das Zimmer imErdgeschoß mit ca. 10 qm hat ein Bett (für eine Person) , einen Schreibtisch, eine Kommode und eine Gardarobe. Das Bad dazu ist direkt nebenan.
In der ersten Etage ist das Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Ankleideraum und eigenem Bad.
Ein Schlafzimmer ist ausgestattet mit 1,40 m Bett, geeignet für 2 Personen, das zweite Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Zwischen den beiden Zimmer ist ein weiteres Badezimmer.
Zugang für Gäste
Gäste können das komplette Haus (bis auf einen Kellerraum) und das gesamte Gelände, inclusive Terrasse und Garten nutzen
