English: We are letting our appartment for a maximum period of three months.
It is a charming flat to arrive and feel at home, the house community is very nice and the location is ideal (right next to the S-Bahn, various parks and supermarkets, etc.).
The flat has a bedroom with a desk and working space, a living room, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom with shower. There is an old but refurbished floorboard in all rooms and the bathroom is tiled.
German: Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung für einen Zeitraum von maximal drei Monaten.
Es ist eine charmante Wohnung zum Ankommen und Wohlfühlen, die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett und die Lage ist optimal (direkt an der S-Bahn, diversen Parkanlagen und Supermärkten, etc.).
Die Wohnung besitzt ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Schreibtisch und ein Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit Essbereich und ein Duschbad. In allen Räumen ist ein alter, aber aufgearbeiteter Dielenboden zu finden, das Badezimmer ist gefliest.
