The 40 square meter apartment has a shower room, a kitchen-living room and a bedroom with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans.
The equipment also includes a TV, WiFi, a shared washing machine and a parking space for your car.
The apartment is located on the outskirts of Seeth-Ekholt in a rural setting on the upper floor of a beautifully restored thatched roof courtyard.
Location and surroundings
Centrally but hidden in the middle of beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity of an idyllic horse farm.
It is only a few minutes by car to Elmshorn with its extensive range of shops and entertainment.
The Hamburg city limits can be reached in about 10 minutes via the A23, junction Tornesch. The Elbe can be reached in 15 minutes, the North Sea in 60 and the Baltic Sea in 90 minutes.
A bus that takes you to Elmshorn train station stops 200 meters away. From there there is a connection to Hamburg or Sylt.
You are welcome to rent the apartment longer.

Ausstattung
Das 40 qm große Apartment verfügt über ein Duschbad, eine Wohnküche und eine Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Die Küche ist komplett mit Pött und Pann ausgestattet.
Zur Ausstattung gehören weiterhin ein Fernseher, WLAN, eine gemeinschaftlich genutzte Waschmaschine und ein Stellplatz für Ihren PKW.
Das Apartment befindet sich am Rande von Seeth-Ekholt in ländlicher Umgebung im Obergeschoss eines wunderschön restaurierten Reetdachhofes.
Lage/Umgebung
Zentral und doch versteckt gelegen inmitten wunderschöner Natur in direkter Nachbarschaft zu einem idyllischen Pferdehof.
Nach Elmshorn mit großzügigem Einkaufs- und Vergnügungsangebot sind es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto.
Über die A23, Anschlussstelle Tornesch ist die Hamburger Stadtgrenze in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Elbe ist in 15, die Nordsee in 60 und die Ostsee in 90 Minuten zu erreichen.
In 200m Entfernung fährt ein Bus, mit dem der Bahnhof Elmshorn zu erreichen ist. Von dort ist eine Anbindung nach Hamburg oder auch nach Sylt gegeben.
