Rent 2 bedroom apartment of 47 m² in Hamburg

I am renting out this beautiful apartment which is located at Schmilinskystraße 7.
The hub of Hamburg, the central station is only a few meters away. The Alster is right outside the door. The apartment is fully furnished, with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, oven, fridge and stove.
As soon as you leave the front door you can see the Alster directly. There are numerous shops and restaurants right on the doorstep. The apartment faces the inner courtyard and is really super quiet.
For your stay in Hamburg I will be happy to give you tips on the city.

ich vermiete diese wunderschönen Wohnung welche sich in der Schmilinskystraße 7 befindet.
Der Dreh und Angelpunkt in Hamburg, der Hauptbahnhof ist nur paar Meter weg. Die Alster ist direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, mit einer Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Ofen, Kühlschrank und Herd.
Sobald man die Haustür verlässt kann man direkt die Alster sehen. Es befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof hin und ist wirklich super ruhig.
Für euren Aufenthalt in Hamburg stehe ich euch mit Tipps zur Stadt gerne zur Verfügung.
