English: We furnished our house (year of construction: 2023) with great attention to detail. On the ground floor there is the spacious living-dining-cooking area with an adjoining storage room. There is also a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms (one 1.60m and three 90cm wide beds) and a large bathroom with a window.
A south-facing terrace and a parking space in front of the door complete the apartment. We can transform the small bedroom into an office - if needed.
German: Wir haben unser Haus (Baujahr 2023) mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich der großzügige Wohn-Ess-Kochbereich mit angrenzendem Abstellraum. Auch ein Gäste-WC ist vorhanden. Im Obergeschoß gibt es drei Schlafzimmer (ein 1,60m, und drei 90cm breite Betten) und ein großes Bad mit Fenster. Zwei 90cm Betten können zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschoben werden.
Eine Südterrasse und ein Parkplatz vor der Tür vervollständigen die Wohnung.
Wir können das kleine Schlafzimmer bei Bedarf in ein Büro verwandeln.
