Rent 3 bedroom apartment of 65 m² in München

English: I'm subletting my Apartment for 3 months, which is central in Munich, located close to Poccistrasse. The Ubahn is directly outside the house and will take you to Marienplatz in under 6 Minutes. Many supermarkets are nearby, the Isar is a 10-minute walk and you will find many restaurants in the area. Also, the Theresienwiese is only across the Street and a 2-minute walk.
German: The apartment is modern & warm, being renovated in 2015. The Ubahn Poccistrasse is just outside the door, bringing you to the city center in about 5 minutes. Many stores and shops are dotted around the area, there is a cinema close by and you will find and abundance of restaurants close by. The Isar is a 10-minute walk and Theresienwiese is a 2-minute walk away, giving you ample space and places for outdoor activities. Work is taking me abroad for some months.
