You will be staying in one of our modernly furnished studios.
This Studio is unfortunately not suitable for people in wheelchairs due to several steps at the entrance and in the lobby, as well as the difficult-to-open fire safety doors on the floors!
Our fully furnished one-room apartment of around 27 square meters has the following advantages:
• You can reach the centers of the cities of Nuremberg, Fürth and Erlangen very quickly and relatively easily by subway, practically on your doorstep. A car is therefore not necessary. There is plenty of free parking in the surrounding streets.
• You can easily reach all places in Germany by public bus, the VGN subway, the Deutsche Bahn (DB) train connections, and the whole world with the numerous flight connections from Nuremberg Airport.
• You also have ideal local amenities in the area, as well as two gas stations with a small shop nearby. Both gas stations are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Around the building you will find everything that makes up a broad infrastructure.
• The apartment has a good and compact floor plan.
• The bathroom has a shower and a toilet with a sink, and is equipped with a first aid kit, a mirror cabinet and a hairdryer.
• The modern pantry kitchen in the living area is equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, two hotplates and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a microwave here.
• The apartment faces the inner courtyard, so that you can get a lot of natural light during the day and are not exposed to street noise.
• With the hands-free system you can easily open the front door of the building from the apartment.

Sie wohnen in einem unserer modern eingerichteten Studios.
Diese Wohnung ist leider - wegen mehrerer Stufen am Hauseingang und in der Lobby, sowie den schwer zu öffnenden Türen zum Brandschutz in den Etagen für Menschen mit einem Rollstuhl - nicht - geeignet!
Unser voll möbliertes und ca. 27 qm großes Ein-Zimmer-Studio hat folgende Vorzüge:
• Sie erreichen mit der U-Bahn, quasi vor der Haustüre, sehr schnell und relativ unkompliziert die Zentren der Städte Nürnberg, Fürth und Erlangen. Ein Auto ist also nicht notwendig. In den umliegenden Straßen gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.
• Sie können mit den öffentlichen Bussen, der U-Bahn des VGN, den Zugverbindungen mit der Deutschen Bahn (DB) alle Orte in Deutschland und mit den zahlreichen Flugverbindungen vom Nürnberger Flughafen aus, die ganze Welt bequem erreichen.
• Außerdem haben Sie eine ideale Nahversorgung in der Umgebung, sowie unweit zwei Tankstellen, die mit einem kleinen Shop eingerichtet sind, einkaufen. Beide Tankstellen sind 24 Stunden lang und an 7 Tagen geöffnet.
• Rund um das Gebäude finden Sie alles, was eine breite Infrastruktur ausmacht.
• Die Wohnung hat einen gut und kompakt geschnittenen Grundriss.
• Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche und ein WC mit Waschbecken, und ist mit einem Erste-Hilfe-Set, einem Spiegelschrank und einem Haartrockner ausgestattet.
• Die moderne Pantry-Küche im Wohnbereich ist mit allen notwendigen Koch-Utensilien ausgestattet, zwei Herdplatten und einem Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfach. Eine Mikrowelle gibt es hier auch.
• Die Wohnung ist zum Innenhof hin ausgerichtet, so dass Sie am Tage viel natürliches Licht erhalten können und nicht dem Straßenlärm ausgesetzt sind.
• Mit der Freisprechanlage können Sie bequem die Haustüre des Gebäudes, von der Wohnung aus, öffnen.
