I offer not only a 22 m2 room in a quiet location in an 80 m2 apartment in an old building, but also top modern furnishings. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need to move in immediately. It is located in Berlin Mitte with very good public transport connections. Registration is a matter of course.
The apartment was completely renovated in and new windows, bathroom with tub/shower, underfloor heating, kitchen, bedroom with spacious closet, balcony and beautiful oak flooring were newly installed. There is a cellar and an additional bicycle room at ground level. The construction work for an elevator is almost complete and the elevator should go into operation in October.
Niklas will share the apartment with you and he attaches great importance to cleanliness and tidiness. Smoking is not allowed. A friend's dog has recently moved in with Niklas. We are looking for a new home for the dog.
The apartment is also available at short notice by arrangement.

Das Appartement ist voll ausgestattet und hat alles was du brauchst um sofort einzuziehen. Es befindet sich in Berlin Mitte mit sehr guter Anbindung im öffentliche Verkehr. Eine Anmeldung ist selbstverständlich.
Die Wohnung wurde [HIDDEN] kernsaniert und neue Fenster, Bad mit Wanne/ Dusche, Fußbodenheizung, Küche, Schlafzimmer mit geräumigem Schrank, Balkon und wunderschöner Eichenboden neu eingebaut. Es gibt einen Keller und noch zusätzlich einen ebenerdigen Fahrradraum. Die Bauarbeiten für einen Aufzug sind fast abgeschlossen und der Aufzug sollte im Oktober in Betrieb gehen.
Niklas wird mit dir die Wohnung teilen und er legt viel wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Rauchen ist nicht erwünscht. Seit Kurzem wohnt ein Hund eines Freundes bei Niklas. Wir suchen eine neue Bleibe für den Hund.
