The bright and lovingly furnished apartment offers you a combined living/dining/sleeping area with a terrace. Access to the small but very stylishly designed bathroom is in the hallway.
There is a washroom in the underground car park. This offers the possibility to wash and dry laundry. These are shared devices (coin machines)

Sie wohnen in einer zum Hof ausgerichtete Erdgeschosswohnung, welche sich in einem ruhigen Mehrfamilienhaus und in einer wenig befahrenen Seitenstraße befindet.
Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2019 frisch renoviert. Sauberkeit und eine hochwertige Ausstattung sind für uns selbstverständlich.
