From , overnight stays that are work-related or necessary for training reasons will also be subject to tax in Dresden at a rate of 6% of the gross rent. This is not due if the tenant registers with the registration office of the city of Dresden within two weeks.
GEZ must be registered by the tenant himself and is not included in the rent.
The price refers to the rental by one person. For a 2nd person there is a surcharge of 150,- €.
