Die Eigentümer wohnen überwiwgend im Ausland. Sie möchten - quasi als Untermieter - 1 Zimmer für die Dauer von 4 Wochen im Jahr, wenn sie in Deutschland sind.
Das Haus mit 4 ETW ist als Energiesparhaus ( 50%) gebaut. Die WG hat eine Eigene PV Anlage. Anschluß für E-Auto ist vorhaden. Die WG ist weitgehend Behinderten gerecht. Besondere Zielgruppe wäre grüne Familie mit Kleinkind.
