Das Apartment wurde mit modernen Einrichtung und einem hellen Laminatboden ausgestattet. Der Wohn-/Schlafbereich ist hell und freundlich. Ein Doppelbett (), ein Sessel mit Beistelltisch und ein Flat-TV mit Kabelanschluss stehen zur Verfügung. Hinter dem Bett befinden sich ein zweitüriger Kleiderschrank sowie ein offenes Regal. Der Arbeitsbereich umfasst einen Schreibtisch mit Stuhl an der hellen Fensterfront.
Im Durchgang zur kleinen Pantryküche mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank und 2-Platten-Herd gibt es einen Hochtisch mit zwei Barhockern.
