The studio is on the ground floor and in the back building ( not facing the street and therefore very quiet). The flat is furnished and ideal for singles or couples.

Dies ist eine sehr charmante und möblierte Studiowohnung ganz in der Nähe des Savignyplatzes und nur 3min Fußweg zur SBahn Savignyplatz. Die Lage mit all ihren Bars, Restaurants und der Nähe zum Kurfürstendamm ist wirklich unschlagbar.
Das Studio befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und im Hinterhaus (. nicht zur Straße hin und daher sehr ruhig). Die Wohnung ist möbliert und ideal für Singles oder Paare.
