English: Hi :) I am Philip and would like to sublet my apartment from December to February/March because I am traveling to Asia.
The apartment is located in the charming southern city of Karlsruhe.
On foot you are within 5 minutes in the city center, the subway right outside the door, as well as numerous bars, restaurants, supermarkets within the Südstadt.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der charmanten Südstadt von Karlsruhe.
Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt, die U-Bahn direkt vor der Tür, sowie zahlreiche Bars, Restaurant, Supermärkte innerhalb der Südtadt.
