English: The apartment is located at the 4th floor of a newly renovated Altbau building. It's very quiet (situated in the back building with a view towards the inside courtyard) and a few minutes walk to Maybachufer and the metro stop Schönleinstr. (U8). There are plenty of nice cafes, bars and restaurants in the area.
The apartment is bright and quiet. Wooden floors, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom. High speed internet and an elevator are available.
We lived in this building and area for many years and hope you'll enjoy it as much as we did.
German: Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock im Hinterhaus eines neu sanierten Altbauhauses. Die Straße verläuft parallel zum Maybachufer und ist mitten in Nord-Neukölln (Reuterkiez) gelegen, mit vielen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Die U-Bahn Station Schönleinstr. (U8) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und neu renoviert. Sie hat einen neu abgezogenen Dielenboden, eine neue Küche und ein neues Badezimmer. Das Haus verfügt auch über einen Fahrstuhl.
Wir (die Vermieter) haben selbst hier sehr lange und sehr gerne gewohnt und freuen uns, wenn das unsere Mieter auch tun.
