On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 48.00 per week possible.
City-Tax: since , the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent. We have therefore been obliged by the City of Cologne to demand this from our guests with a private stay.
German: Das 33 qm Apartment ist komplett möbliert. Es verfügt über einen Doppelbat (1,40 x 2m), eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Kaffeemaschine und einem Wasserkocher. Das Bad ist auch mit einer Dusche ausgestattet.
Ein Fernseher und kostenlosen Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 48,00 pro Woche möglich.
