It can be provided with pleasure another working table, in the bedrooms.
The south-facing large balcony, invites to the occasional coffee or evening sip of wine.
We can also imagine a WG if the conditions fit.
Living on time, depending on the arrangement also possible, of course also longer term.
We are happy to support young people or tenants in general, with various concerns as well as can.

Der Flur ist durchgehend gefliest und führt in alle Räume. Die Küche Ist komplett ausgestattet. Bad und WC sind separat, dazu gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer, aktuell eins mit Doppelbett und eins mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich mit separatem Esstisch/Arbeitstisch.
Es kann gerne ein weiterer Arbeitstisch, in die Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Der südliche grosse Balkon, lädt zum gelegentlichen Kaffeegenuss oder abendlichen Schluck Wein ein.
