Your future room is 18.27 square meters, is located at the back of the house and is nice and bright. Your windows open onto the garden.
The apartment is 73 square meters in total and is on the second floor. There is no elevator. The apartment was completely renovated at the beginning of 2020. The floors, the bathroom and the kitchen are completely new.
The rooms all lead off the hallway. We use the kitchen, the bathroom and the basement together. In our shared apartment we have a dishwasher and a washer-dryer. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a window.
Location
The apartment is in the beautiful district of Sülz. In Sülz itself there are many small, beautiful cafes and always something to discover. Beethoven Park is in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. It is also not far to the Decksteiner Weiher. There are also several sports options there such as tennis, freeletics or football.
The "Hermeskeiler Platz" stop with line 9 can be reached in 5 minutes, as can the "Deckstein" bus stop. It is a 5-minute drive to the university hospitals and about 7 minutes to the university. It takes about 15 minutes to get to Neumarkt and Rudolfplatz. Line 13 towards Ehrenfeld is not far away either.
The Rewe, two bakeries, pharmacy, ice cream parlor, bike shop and hairdresser are a few steps away from our apartment. There is also a fresh food market twice a week.
Shared apartment life
Your future roommates are Henni (25) and Micha (33). We have lived in the apartment since February 2021 and are not a party shared apartment. If we want to go out partying, we drive into town.
Henni has lived in the shared apartment since December 2022 and is studying social work for her master's degree. She also works in rotating shifts, goes to sports regularly and volunteers in child and youth work.
Micha has been a full-time dual student in the public service since April 2023. In his free time, he likes to do things with his friends. There are also days when you can see him playing games on his Switch or watching Netflix in his bed.
Fun fact about the two of us: We come from beautiful Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the Mecklenburg Lake District.

German: Zimmer
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist 18,27 qm groß, liegt auf der Rückseite des Hauses und ist schön hell. Deine Fenster öffnen sich zum Garten.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 73 qm groß und liegt im zweiten Stockwerk. Ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Die Wohnung wurde Anfang 2020 komplett renoviert. Die Böden, das Bad, sowie die Küche sind komplett neu.
Die Zimmer gehen alle vom Flur ab. Die Küche, das Bad und den Keller nutzen wir gemeinsam. Wir besitzen in unserer WG neben einer Spülmaschine auch einen Wasch-Trockner. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne und einem Fenster ausgestattet.
Lage
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Stadtteil Sülz. In Sülz selber gibt es viele kleine schöne Cafés und immer etwas zu entdecken. In unmittelbaren Nähe unserer Wohnung befindet sich der Beethovenpark. Zum Decksteiner Weiher ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Dort gibt es auch mehrere Sportmöglichkeiten wie Tennis, Freeletics oder Fußball.
Die Haltestelle "Hermeskeiler Platz" mit der Linie 9 ist genauso wie die Bushaltestelle "Deckstein" in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Bis zu den Unikliniken sind es 5 Minuten Fahrzeit und bis zur Uni ca. 7 Minuten. Am Neumarkt und am Rudolfplatz ist man in ungefähr 15 Minuten. Die Linie 13 Richtung Ehrenfeld ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
Der Rewe, zwei Bäckereien, Apotheke, Eisdiele, Fahrradshop und Friseur befinden sich ein paar Schritte von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Zudem gibt es zwei Mal in der Woche einen Frischemarkt.
WG-Leben
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner:in sind Henni (25) und Micha (33). Wir wohnen seit Februar 2021 in der Wohnung und sind keine Party-WG. Wenn wir mal feiern gehen möchten, fahren wir dafür in die Stadt.
Henni wohnt seit Dezember 2022 in der WG und studiert Soziale Arbeit im Master. Nebenbei arbeitet sie im Wechselschichtdienst, geht regelmäßig zum Sport und engagiert sich ehrenamtlich in der Kinder- und Jugendarbeit.
Micha ist seit April 2023 dualer Student in Vollzeit im öffentlichen Dienst. In seiner Freitzeit unternimmt er gerne was mit seinen Freunden. Es gibt auch Tage wo man ihn mit seiner Switch zocken oder in seinem Bett Netflix schauen sieht.
Fun-Fact über uns Beide: Wir kommen aus dem schönen Mecklenburg-Vorpommern von der Mecklenburgischen Seenplatte.
Sonstiges
Da wir einen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit legen, wäre es uns wichtig, dass du ordentlich bist.
