English: A central 2 room apartment with all shopping facilities in 5 Minutes walking distance. In 3 bus stops you are in the city center, it is still quiet and with its own garage.
The apartment is comfortably furnished, the open kitchen gives the apartment a loft character, with large double bed, a 55 inch TV, WLAN, its own washing machine and a separate bathroom.
Due to the Zweckentfremdungssatzung in Stuttgart, I am only looking for guests with at least 6 months stay.
German: Ein zentrales 2 Zimmer Apartment mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Min. Fußweite. In 3 Busstationen ist man in der Stadtmitte, es ist trotzdem ruhig und mit eigener Garage.
Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die offene Küche gibt dem Apartment einen Loftcharakter, mit großem Doppelbett, einem 55 Zoll TV, WLAN, einer eigenen Waschmaschine und ein separates Bad.
Aufgrund der Zweckentfremdungssatzung in Stuttgart suche ich ausschließlich Gäste mit mindestens 6 Monaten Aufenthalt.
