The house (80sqm) stands on a 1000sqm plot near the North Sea (Spieka, Cuxhaven)
The house has been completely renovated and is in the final stages, but there is still work to be done in the garden, which we will continue over the weekend.
There are other common areas such as kitchen, living area, garden and basement.

Das Haus (80qm) steht auf einem 1000qm Grundstück in der Nähe der Nordsee (Spieka, Cuxhaven)
Das Haus wurde komplett saniert und befindet sich im Endspurt, allerdings fallen im Garten noch Arbeiten an, die wir an den Wochenende fortführen werden.
Es gibt weitere Gemeinschaftsräume wie Küche, Wohnbereich, Garten und Keller.
