English: You live in a fully equipped, modern and above all comfortably furnished apartment. This is not a posh designer apartment where you never really feel at home. Instead, we have high quality and comfortable furniture.

The apartment is fully furnished, in addition to a sofa, bed, dining table, chairs and chest of drawers:

A laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is located in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard can be booked for 180€ per month, subject to availability.
Included in the price is a cleaning service every four weeks, including bed linen and towel changes. For a surcharge, you can also clean more often.
When you book one of our apartments, everything is taken care of. Our motto is "Arrive and feel good", because your well-being is our highest priority. The following applies to every stay: All you need for a stay with us is your private valuables.
The apartment is located in Frankfurt-Niederrad, about 5 minutes from Frankfurt city center, the A3 or all important connection points in Frankfurt / to the entire Rhine-Main area.

German: Sie wohnen in einem vollausgestatteten, modern und vor allem wohnlich eingerichteten Apartment. Kein hochmodernes Designer-Apartment, in dem man sich nie richtig daheim fühlt. Stattdessen legen wir Wert auf hochwertige und bequeme Möbel.

Selbstverständlich ist das Apartment komplett eingerichtet, also neben Sofa, Bett, Esstisch, Stühlen und Kommode:

Ein Waschraum mit münzbetriebenen Waschmaschinen und Trocknern befindet sich im Keller. Ein Parkplatz im Innenhof kann nach Verfügbarkeit für 180€ im Monat gebucht werden.
Ebenfalls im Preis enthalten ist ein Reinigungsservice alle vier Wochen inkl. Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel. Gegen Aufpreis kann gerne auch öfter gereinigt werden.

Das Apartment liegt in Frankfurt-Niederrad, also ca. 5 Minuten von der Frankfurter Innenstadt, der A3 oder allen wichtigen Verbindungspunkten in Frankfurt / zum gesamten Rhein-Main-Gebiet.
